Truly the Real McCoy! In an age where contractors often do not grasp the meaning of service, Shayne and Krystal were a real breath of fresh air. If you don't have time to read a long review, here are the key elements: No change to costs even when surprises were uncovered/discovered, Excellent attention to safety and site cleanliness (respect for my home and all its occupants), Wonderful communication (email, calls, texts as needed), and Such attention to detail to deliver a stellar final product. We have been renovating a 1950s farmhouse, and there have been lots of surprises along the way. Every reno has included the remark, "oh, I wasn't expecting that" which was often followed by an increase in the price of the job! Shayne did come across some unexpected conditions (a hidden mouse highway for one) as he moved through the project, but all were handled expertly with his extensive experience and a goal of doing it right and having it function and look fantastic, with no change to costs. We are thrilled with how amazing the house looks. We've already had our post-project energy efficiency review, and our house's 'air-tight' value increased by 17%. We've already noticed how well the house maintains temperatures, owing to the addition of the insulation under the new siding, and the sealing around all the windows. Shayne's ability to adapt to challenging discoveries, his attention to detail and his drive for perfection resulted in an amazing final product and were much appreciated. So much so, that we have asked him to fix up/reno one of our out-buildings, a garden shed. I'm 100% confident it will be done better than I could hope for.

Really happy with the work Shayne did to my home. I had him aluminum cap the trim around my windows and doors (no more painting them). The trim turn out fantastic! I'm really please with it even 2 months later. Both Shayne and Krystal were excellent to work with from the initial quote to the end of the job. Very professional and punctual, they answered all my questions so I knew exactly what I was get by hiring their company. Highly recommend them!

Shayne did a great job fixing a siding issue on our manufactured log home - it's a tricky design, and he found a great solution to stop draft and pest entry! Really easy to work with, and excellent work as well. Would recommend to anyone needing home reno help!
